  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
